This policy explains what personal information Brainium Automation collects through this website and our services, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need, we never sell it, and we never use your data to train AI models.
Who we are
Brainium Automation (“we”, “us”) builds AI automation for businesses. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us using the details in Contact us.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you request a free automation assessment or fill in a form on this site, we collect:
- Your name, work email address and company name
- Optionally, your company website, industry, company size and country
- What you tell us about your work: the task your team spends time on, how often it happens and the software you use
- Whether you've asked to receive occasional emails from us
If you email or call us, we keep a record of that conversation.
Information collected automatically
- The page you submitted a form from, and campaign details from the link you followed (such as UTM parameters and ad click IDs from Google, Meta or LinkedIn), so we know which campaigns bring enquiries
- Technical information your browser sends when you visit, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, which our hosting provider records in server logs
- Information from analytics and advertising tools, if you allow them (see Cookies and analytics)
Please don't include sensitive personal information (for example health or financial details about individuals) in the assessment form. If a process involves that kind of data, just describe it and we'll discuss how to handle it safely.
How we use it
- To prepare your automation assessment and contact you about it
- To reply to your questions and provide the services you ask for
- To send occasional emails with automation ideas and examples, only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages and campaigns work, and to improve the site
- To protect the site from spam and abuse
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations
Legal bases
Where laws such as the EU and UK GDPR apply, we rely on:
- Steps before a contract, when you ask us for an assessment or a proposal
- Contract, when we deliver a project for you
- Consent, for marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interests, for running and securing the site and understanding how it's used
- Legal obligation, where the law requires us to keep records
Client data and AI
When we work on your processes, we may need access to your business systems and documents. That access is governed by our agreement with you, and we sign an NDA before we see your data. We:
- Access only the systems and data each automation needs
- Log every automated action
- Process your data only to build, test, run and support your automation
- Never use your data to train AI models, ours or anyone else's
Where an automation uses a third-party AI service, we choose settings and providers that don't use submitted data for model training, and we tell you which providers are involved.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, email, CRM and analytics providers. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where needed
- Authorities, when the law requires it
- A buyer or successor, if our business is reorganized or sold, under the same protections
International transfers
We have offices in Pakistan and Australia and work with clients in the US, UK, Australia, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other countries. Our service providers may process data in other countries too. When personal information moves between countries, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where the law requires them.
How long we keep it
- Assessment requests and enquiries: for as long as we're in contact, then for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner
- Client project records: for the length of our agreement, plus any period the law requires for contracts, accounting and tax
- Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe. We keep a record of the unsubscribe so we don't email you again.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work. We may use analytics and advertising measurement tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and LinkedIn, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our campaigns. Where the law requires it, these tools run only after you agree to them, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Security
We protect personal information with access controls, encrypted connections and by limiting who can see it. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach affects your information, we'll tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
- Ask for your information in a portable format
- Withdraw your consent, including unsubscribing from marketing emails
- Complain to your local data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner
